Typically items will ship within 1-2 business days of the receipt of an authorized order. Special care is taken to professionally prepare all items with the appropriate materials to protect them during shipping.
We do reserves the right to modify the amount of shipping determined by our shopping cart at checkout, as our goal is to make the shipping cost as fair and accurate as possible. This may in effect lessen or increase the calculated shipping amount. In the rare case that this might happen, you would be notified via the phone number or email address you entered during checkout.
Additional shipping charges could apply to some purchases (i.e., garden items) due to size, weight or special handling that may be required to make sure such items are delivered safely. If any items have additional, predetermined shipping charges, it will be stated on the product page of that particular item.
International Shipping
We will always compare different international shipping options to find you the best rate possible. You will be notified by email of the best shipping rate option(s) and given the opportunity to pay that shipping cost as a confirmation for us to process your delivery.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Due to the increased shipping costs, you will be charged the actual cost of shipping, rather than the cost being based on the purchase amount at check out. APO/FPO ship to addresses do not qualify for Free Shipping offers.
As the carriers we use continue to refine, modify and update their information and services, shipping fees and policies are subject to change without notice.
All orders placed after 12:00 noon CST Fridays, anytime Saturday or Sunday or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Standard Deliveries are shipped within 7-10 business days depending on destination via USPS.
- Express Delivery is shipped 2-3 business days.
- APO/FPO Delivery 7-10 business days.
- Alaska and Hawaii Delivery 7-10 business days.
- We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses, as most ground carriers won't deliver to a PO Box.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in the original packaging, with your receipt within 30 days of your purchase for a prompt exchange or refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
Returned items must include all original contents.
Any items that are returned must include all the original product packaging and accessories and in it's original condition prior to any refund being issued.
Clothing items must be unworn with tags attached.
Allow 15 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear
within two billing cycles. PayPal accounts are generally updated instantly and refunds may appear as a credit on your account.
You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item(s) to us, so you may choose an economical shipping method. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the item was originally delivered damaged or if the wrong item was shipped to you.
